Raleigh’s 2030 Comprehensive Plan, adopted in 2009, charts a new course for the city. Join Mitchell Silver, director of the department of City Planning & Urban Design Center, to learn what’s in Raleigh’s blueprint for growth, how it was developed, and how it will be implemented.
