This event is open only to Young Professionals Network members. Give Back at Community Involvement Day Looking for a fun way to give back to your community and connect with other Young Professionals Network (YPN) members? We hope you will join us for our YPN Fall Community Involvement Day on Friday, December 13 as we support Habitat for Humanity of Wake County. Roll up your sleeves and come ready to spend the morning building new homes. We need your hearts, hands, enthusiasm, and energy to build a community where everyone feels valued. Join us as we work to build safe and affordable homes in the Old Poole Place neighborhood in Southeast Raleigh. Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities, and hope. One in four families in our community is cost-burdened, meaning they pay too much of their income toward housing at the expense of other necessities like groceries, healthcare, and education. To help meet this need, the Habitat for Humanity of Wake County provides homeownership opportunities for families making less than 80% AMI (or Area Median Income) and preserves existing affordable homes. Since 1985, they have advocated for policy changes that will increase access to housing for everyone. Follow up instructions will be sent with your confirmation email. Questions?
