New Event for Small Businesses

Grab a cup of coffee and sit down for a candid conversation with Gregory Poole III, Chairman, President, and CEO of Gregory Poole Equipment Company. Gregory Poole was founded by James Gregory Poole, Sr., and his uncle, William Lewis Gregory, Sr. on April 1, 1951. With headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina, Gregory Poole became the CAT construction equipment dealer for eastern North Carolina. Since being founded, the company employs more than 1,300 associates at 24 different facilities. Poole has successfully led the company during its third generation, something that only 10 to 15 percent of family businesses achieve.

Join Greg Poole III for an engaging conversation as he discusses what it takes to maintain the success of a family owned business and other keys to success in your professional career. You'll get first-hand insight into what it takes for a business to excel and make great connections with your peers.

This event is the second in our new series designed exclusively for companies with fewer than 50 people. Space is limited; registration is first-come, first-served. There's no dress code, and you're welcome to come as you would to work (we want you to be comfortable!). Start your morning right with hot coffee, fresh donuts, and information you can use to drive your own success.
