Our speaker will be Greg Clark, Executive Vice President, INEOS Automotive Americas and President, INEOS Automotive Canada. Greg is a long-suffering car junkie and has spent nearly his entire career in the automotive industry. During the last two decades he has worked for Mercedes-Benz, Honda, Jaguar Land Rover and now INEOS in the U.S, the U.K and Germany, holding various roles up and down the value chain that have given him a comprehensive education on how the automotive sausage is made. In 2020 Greg joined INEOS to establish and lead all commercial operations across the U.S, Canada and Mexico to launch the INEOS Grenadier, a new and exceptionally capable and rugged 4x4 SUV. Unlike most other startup automotive brands it has the advantage of being spawned from the global chemicals giant INEOS. In 2021 Greg and the INEOS team selected Raleigh as the home base for the Americas operations, beating out 11 other potential North American locations. Since then he has recruited and grown the INEOS Automotive team both in Raleigh and across the Continent in anticipation of the first customer deliveries of the Grenadier by the end of 2023.
