Women's Leadership Conference 2023: Envision and Achieve

The Women’s Leadership Conference, presented by PNC, is an annual leadership conference for advancing women in business. This conference will equip attendees with strategies to accelerate their careers, learn from established business leaders, and build/expand their professional networks. The conference features breakout sessions with leaders from around the Triangle. Following the breakouts and lunch, attendees will hear from a well-known national speaker for a keynote address.

We are thrilled to announce our 2023 Keynote Speaker is Sally Earnshaw, Managing Director of Culture Change Practice for Gallagher and Chief 'Oompher' for its clients. Sally has over 25 years of experience working at a senior-level building, managing, and leading teams - and is renowned for her extraordinary passion and energy - particularly when it comes to championing and inspiring female leaders to achieve their full potential.

With a down-to-earth approach and thought-provoking content on a wide range of topics, she has the gift of being able to engage audiences of all ages and backgrounds. She is a published author and is a global voice on inclusion, delivering presentations and workshops worldwide - from Fortune 500 events to TEDx - and is often quoted in industry publications such as The Wall Street Journal. At the 2023 Women’s Leadership Conference Sally will share the data, tools, and expertise we each need to Envision and Achieve.
