The Hope Center offers early intervention through Teen Programs, which provides tutoring, internships, and life skills to teens in foster care, ages 13-17. The work continues in the Transition Program with wrap-around case management services for young adults, ages 18-24, who have aged out of the foster care system, focusing on housing, education, employment, mental health, and overall wellbeing. Through its Teen and Transition Programs, The Hope Center serves more than 150 current and former foster youth each year.
