Passage Home is a nationally recognized non-profit community development corporation that has been serving Wake County, NC since 1991. We provide an integrated platform of programs and services to serve homeless women, children, and their families in Wake County. We have programs to provide transitional and affordable housing, women’s prison re-entry, youth development, community/economic development, and neighborhood revitalization. Many of our programs and services are provided at the Passage Home Safety Club and Community Center, serving youth and families in the surrounding community.
Our main areas of focus are on:
* Housing - transitional, permanent, and affordable housing
* Youth Development - Tutoring, After-school enrichment, Summer Science Camp, Activities, Meals
* Neighborhood Revitalization - housing/business renovation, community gardens, Urban Agriculture
* Community Development – feeding program (meals, holiday dinners), Urban Agriculture, Financial literacy workshops, Job placement and interview workshops
