Join us for an engaging and insightful second session of the Triangle DEI Alliance's Inclusive Workforce Strategies Series. In today's diverse workplace, the ability to lead with psychological safety is crucial for fostering trust, collaboration, and innovation. This session will provide a safe and open space to explore how microaggressions undermine psychologically safe leadership and how addressing these issues makes leaders more inclusive, fostering belonging and equity.
