This month's speaker will be Billie Redmond, Founder of Trademark Properties, Inc.
Billie is a native North Carolinian, married with three children, and is truly dedicated to her community. She is the founder of TradeMark Properties, the largest, woman-owned, boutique commercial real estate company in the Triangle. Billie’s tireless dedication has earned her several honors over the years including being named one of the Top 20 CEOs in the Triangle in 2016 by Triangle Business Journal, and also winning the TBJ Legacy Award in 2011, which recognizes leaders who have helped shape the Triangle through their business and community endeavors. Billie was the first women to receive the prestigious TCREW Impact Award and was named Realtor of the Year by the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors in 2006. Billie has served our communities in several positions including Co-Chair of the Wake County Citizens Facility Advisory Committee, a past Chair of the Raleigh Chamber, an appointed trustee for William Peace University, and she completed ten years of service to the WakeMed Health & Hospitals Board of Directors.
