CASA is a non-profit affordable housing developer and property manager, serving veterans, families, and individuals living with disability. CASA owns and manages 490 apartments across the Triangle region. Tenants pay 30% of their income on housing with CASA, leaving resources available for transportation, health care, and emergency savings. At CASA, we know that the causes of homelessness are complex. But we believe the answer is simple: the solution to homelessness is housing.
