Join us on Tuesday, Sept. 11 as we thank those who risk their lives every day to save others. Don’t miss this opportunity to express your gratitude for all that they do for us.
For the first time, the Chamber’s First Responders Appreciation Breakfast will be held on the floor of PNC Arena. We will thank:
- City of Raleigh Fire Department
- City of Raleigh Police Department
- North Carolina Highway Patrol – Troop C, District III
- Raleigh-Wake County Emergency Communications Center
- Wake County Emergency Medical Services
- Wake County Sheriff’s Office
We will recognize first responders from each agency for the outstanding service they provide to our community. We also will announce this year’s “Friend of First Responders” honoree. Gov. Roy Cooper will be at the breakfast and will welcome everyone to the event.
A portion of the proceeds will benefit The 200 Club of Wake County.
You also will have the opportunity to give the gift of life and donate blood to The Blood Connection. There are appointment times available before, during, and after the breakfast from 6:30 – 11 a.m. You can sign up here for an appointment. Please consider donating. It could save a life!
