Stan C. Kimer is president and lead consultant with Total Engagement Consulting by Kimer, a firm he started in 2010 after a 30-year diverse and successful career at IBM. Total Engagement Consulting by Kimer offers services in diversity, strategy and training, employee development, leadership training, and project management. His firm has been a member of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce since 2014.

In his consulting practice, Kimer has served more than 20 diverse clients from small organizations to Fortune 100, including design and delivery of training programs. In addition, Kimer has reached thousands of professionals.
