Redistricting plays an important role in shaping who runs for office and what their odds of winning are based on the voting population of the districts they are running in. North Carolina has a long, bipartisan history of party gerrymandering to keep themselves in power and the other out, but as efforts to implement nonpartisan/bipartisan redistricting processes progress across the country, what is happening in our home state? We will have elections experts explain the maps that candidates will be running in during the 2024 elections, and cover what changes may or may not be in our future.
