My now fiancé and I started looking at rings on 8/19/23 at this store. Brian, who was visiting from their VA store, was SUPER friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful. I tried on a few rings and narrowed down the ones I liked the most.

For months thereafter, my fiancé continued to research rings on his own & Sylvia assisted him through the entire process. On Christmas, he popped the question with the most beautiful ring. I am very happy with his decision. I want to go back to take a picture for their love wall.

I like that they have the option to trade your ring up down the line giving you 110% of the cost of your ring towards the new one (not available for lab created). Their prices are reasonable & the service is great.

Now to plan our wedding.

Great clean environment with a wide selection of gems to choose from. Pick a good sales person because I think that can have a lot to do with your experience at this store. I would ADVOID THE SALES LADY GINGER at all cost and if she is helping you maybe ask for someone else.

Aside from the associate Ginger, this business greatly values their customers and will always strive for a A+ experience. Management will work hard to ensure you are happy and that clients receive great customer service and fair prices.

All said and done I would shop her again with a select sales people who value their customers as more than just a single sale.

This Business has a strong sense of ethics, most employees strive to establish and maintain continuous relationships for all your fine jewelry needs. You can't go wrong with the value and quality of the fine jewelry and gold sold at this establishment.

I would ask for Lev as he can direct you to what you are looking for and get you a courteous sales associate.

We trusted Diamonds Direct with upgrading my engagement ring for our anniversary. We worked closely with Elad, who special ordered and ensured the larger diamonds we wanted were available to try-on. For our 14 year anniversary my husband and I went shopping for a new wedding set. Jared's had changed their system and was no longer honoring our warranty so we decided it was time to try a new place. I've had my heart set on a Verragio since we first got engaged and was thrilled to have a place so close by that sold them.

Mac was amazing to work with! She was super nice, helpful, listened to us and had answers for anything we had questions about. She gave us options and went above our expectations. She also kept me informed throughout the process which I really appreciated. She made sure I had it in time for a special trip to renew our vows at the beach and we are so thankful to her for all her hard work. Not only do I absolutely love my ring but I had the best experience to go with it.

Great experience from beginning to end. We perused several in-person and online stores for an engagement ring. When I called, I spoke to Prem and he was our point of contact since then. He is very respectful, knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for jewelry! Parking is easy and they have a great selection.

I went here back in September to get my finger sized for my engagement ring. Awesome experience, in and out with my correct size in 30 seconds. The dude knew what he was doing.

Went back today to have my fiancé's finger sized. First we're told absolutely, we can do this! The consultant we were assigned to then proceeds to tell us that men's finger sizing is not reliable and she can't measure it without knowing the designer. (Wtf?) I asked why women's sizing is reliable but men's isn't, then she proceeds to tell me women's sizing isn't reliable either (then why does my engagement ring fit perfectly based on being sized last time I was here)?

We fully plan on getting cheap wedding bands on Etsy. We really just needed his finger sized. She asks our budget. I ask what the cheapest they have is. She skirts around the question with a WELL IT DEPENDS, then starts lecturing us about cheap alternative metals and pulls out a bunch of ugly bands right at the top of our budget. Like I don't know I can get a gold band online easily for under $250. I tell her it's really just a placeholder, not that important to us, and she keeps reading off prices above our budget. Literally was not listening to me. Within 3 minutes my fiancé and I felt so unheard and condescended to that we walked out. Woman didn't say a word once I said we'd be going elsewhere.

Honestly, wtf? Don't offer finger sizing if you're going to lie to me, then refuse to do it, then try to sell me some overpriced Tungsten. Lol.

Professional caring knowledgeable staff ! The only place to buy diamonds ! I traded in and up and couldn't be happier .

Not only is Diamonds Direct an A1 classy business but their staff are the most professional in every sense of the word. I will not buy jewelry anywhere else, ever~. The incredibly knowledgeable sales woman that assisted me was caring, compassionate, patient and beyond helpful. I'd highly recommend shopping at Diamonds Direct for your diamond and jewelry needs.

I have never received customer service as outstanding as I did from him.
Bryan goes above and beyond to make sure that you are happy with the purchase you are making, he realizes a your purchase is an investment and he wants to make sure that you are very happy with your purchase.
They help you with upgrades, insurance, making sure you know the quality of the jewelry/diamond you are purchasing.
You can even trade in for a bigger purchase years later if originally purchased from Diamonds direct.
I know that Only had an exceptional experience while shopping here I feel like I left with a new lifelong friend

Terrible experience as my boyfriend and I tried to browse. Severely lacking in customer service. We felt judged for not being diamond experts...clearly Diamonds Direct is not an expert in how to treat customers. We went to Costco afterwards and decided to try on a couple rings while there - night and day service.
