Blue Diamond Transportation

I just witnessed one of your buses hit a small sedan in downtown DC, and your driver did not even slow down. I honked and signaled to him, but he refused to pull over. These drivers are reckless and irresponsible and should be held accountable.

I made a last min reservation for my anniversary and Blue Diamond came through. The price was great and the service was amazing. They will be my go to for private transportation from now on,

Blue Diamond gives wonderful service to all of its customers. As a limousine company owner myself, I find it especially impressive when other businesses go above and beyond to offer good service. With prompt, professional and friendly staff, clean vehicles, and good customer service, one cannot go wrong using this company for business or pleasure purposes. If I am ever in the Raleigh area again, I will be sure to contact Blue Diamond.

I ordered a 26-passenger party-bus limo for a 30th birthday party. Something happened the day-of and I was told the bus had "mechanical issues" and couldn't get fixed until Monday. As frustrated as I was (finding a reputable company that had limo bus availability was a feat in itself!) they provided an excursion limo and mercedes bus in place of the party bus. Everyone ended up having a great time.

The drivers were punctual (actually early), they were very nice and easy to communicate with (I was able to text them while Inside the loud bars) and I had positive communication with everyone that I talked to while coordinating plans. Had the company delivered on what I ordered it would by far have received five stars, but the four-star ranking is for the company and what it delivered based on our contract. In terms of the employees that work there, they each deserve five-stars. Had the employees not been friendly, courteous, and extremely accommodating due to the maintenance that was out of their control, I would have had a huge headache on my hands. Their employees are what make a difference in service.

If you are considering going with another company-- DON'T. Or at least, do your research. I saw these great reviews and looked up Blue Diamond on the BBB, which is what swayed my decision to go with them. I am very glad I did.

I rented several vehicles over a weekend in September 2017 for my son's wedding. Friday night included (1) 14 passenger Executive Van, and (2) 30 passenger Mini Coaches. The vehicles were on time and exactly what we expected we were paying for. They were comfortable luxury mini coaches. Saturday evening we rented (3) vehicles, (1) 16 passenger Mini Coach, (1) 30 passenger Mini Coach and (1) 2 passenger Luxury Sedan. The 30 passenger and 2 passenger vehicles were what we expected, however when the 16 passenger vehicle showed up we were EXTREMELY upset. It was not a luxury coach, it was a Carolina Livery van. We paid a lot of money for a crapy van. Any the bus drivers would not pull around to the front of the building, leaving my 80 year old parents to walk in the dark! We wrote to the company and never received a response. It's better to not give them a good rating. I would NOT recommend this company.

Blue Diamond was a life saver. We were on a bus to North Carolina from DC and the bus broke down. Our limo company in DC called Blue Diamond in Raleigh. They were able to rescue us in about 30 minutes and get us to our destination on time. The service was flawless. We were so thrilled that our limo company in DC had a relationship with Blue Diamond. We were so relieved that Blue Diamond had a bus and driver available immediately to save the day. Outstanding service all the way!

I can't help but give out major kudos to Blue Diamond. We were in a dire need of an affordable limo service for our wedding/reception. We had originally booked with another limo service and about two weeks before the wedding to our horror we found out the limo service was a scam that was being run out of a now empty storage rental company. As God is my witness, we still had to make a stop into the Knot for a dress for our little flower girl and just as we perused the dress racks my eyes noticed a card holder with the business cards of Blue Diamond. We called and I can't tell what a relief. They immediately put our minds at ease. It was as if a Huge Weight was lifted. They were complete, courteous, efficient, prompt and very reasonable priced. We needed 4 limos (3 white and 1 black). No problem! They arrived at the designated spots on time, bright shining and new. Made quite and impression on our guess. It was a cloudy morning and Moses (chauffeur's name) parted the waters with his huge umbrella covering my wife and daughters wedding ensemble. He was an absolute jewel. You would have thought we were movie stars as heads were turning and drivers horned there horns as the four limos (3 white ones in front and 1 black one last) cruised up Highway 40 from the church to the reception. What a day indeed. Thanks to Blue Diamond we will have memories to last a lifetime (got pictures of the limos to prove it too!).
