We will discuss how to build work environments that enable organizations, teams, and individuals to thrive, and better communicate expectations around productive work that supports employee well-being, while also achieving business objectives. About Emma:

Emma Browning has almost 20 years of management consulting experience. She has advised hundreds of organizations including multiple Fortune 100 and 500 companies and household names like Microsoft, Cisco, Caterpillar, and the NFL. All of her consulting work is geared toward building companies where people want to work and increasing organizational productivity. Emma founded Paradox Consulting Partners in 2016 in order to create an impact in the Triangle community where she lives. Paradox is proud to be a Certified B Corporation and to be woman-owned.
