Courageous Conversation: DEI: Not a Fading Trend but a Business Necessity

Presented by the Triangle DEI Alliance and the Raleigh Chamber, this series of facilitated seminars provides opportunities for attendees to learn history, share experiences, and develop pathways of understanding to support diversity, equity, and inclusivity (DEI). Our August event will help attendees explore the evolving business case for diversity, equity, and inclusivity.

Linda Wiley Bing, Ph.D., CDE, CRS, CEO and Lead Consultant at Turning Point Leadership Group, will deliver a keynote shedding light on the vital connection between trust in the workforce, DEI's impact on businesses, and its influence on performance and profitability. Intended for business leaders, community members, employees, managers, and DEI professionals, this event will provide valuable takeaways while underscoring the pivotal role of DEI in driving sustainable business success.

No refunds after Aug. 15.
