Community Success Forum

Join us on Feb. 17 for the Community Success Forum to hear from regional leaders and local professionals to engage in collaborative discussions around strategy implementation to create true race equity.

In June 2020, leaders from public and private partners convened to discuss systemic and structural racism. This conversation led to the creation of “A Better Wake”, a collaboration of community members, companies, and organizations to address systemic racism in the areas of economic mobility, education, criminal justice, and health.

In partnership with RTI International, A Better Wake developed a blueprint of recommendations in these four areas. This year’s Community Success Forum will highlight the findings and recommendations from this report.
