During these challenging times, many employees and team members are going to be anxious about the future. They look to their leaders. Join us for our next virtual C-Suite Perspectives where Billie Redmond, founder and chair of TradeMark Properties, will share the lessons that she has learned about leading an organization through a crisis. She will discuss how TradeMark Properties is navigating through the difficulties of the pandemic. Redmond will explain how businesses can transform and why strong leadership is essential. A native North Carolinian, Redmond grew up in the small textile town of Eden. She founded TradeMark Properties, the largest, woman-owned, boutique commercial real estate company in the Triangle. TradeMark Properties provides leasing, brokerage and property management services to their clients to maximize the value of their real estate investments and business objectives. Redmond is a past chair of the Raleigh Chamber. The Triangle Business Journal named her one of the Top 20 CEO’s in the Triangle in 2016. She also received the 2011 Triangle Business Journal Legacy Award, which recognizes leaders who have helped shape the Triangle through their business and community endeavors. You also will be able to ask her questions and can apply her lessons to your own professional development. This will be a virtual event and the last 30 minutes will be set aside for networking.
