Beyond the Beltline: The Past, Present, and Future of Real Estate in the Triangle

What does real estate investment look like to you? Is it within the beltline or beyond it?

Join us on February 27 for an engaging panel discussion that will explore how trends in economic development and investment over the past decade are shaping today’s housing market. Whether you’re a young professional starting your life in the Triangle or looking to upgrade to a larger space for your growing family, this conversation will provide valuable insights into the future direction of the Triangle’s real estate market over the next five years. You will learn about the financial realities of homeownership and how key factors like traffic, schools, and location shape both your short-term and long-term investment decisions. Our expert panel will highlight the areas to watch, key real estate trends, and investment opportunities. You don’t want to miss it! This program is designed to engage young professionals (ages 23 – 39) of member firms, addressing areas of personal and professional development.

For our February Program, the YPN Community Engagement Task Force has partnered with a local nonprofit to highlight the work they are doing in our community. Attendees will hear from Catherine Amos, Volunteer and Community Coordinator for the Green Chair Project. The Green Chair Project was founded in 2010 and provides essential home furnishings to families and individuals overcoming homelessness, crisis, or disaster, whose fresh start in stable housing is stalled by a lack of resources to make their house a home. Through community donations and volunteer efforts, The Green Chair Project collects and redistributes furniture, household items, and other necessities, empowering people to create stable and supportive living environments. Join the mission to ensure that everyone, regardless of circumstances, can live in a home that fosters well-being and a sense of stability by donating home essentials at our February Program!

RSVP by Feb. 6.
