This signature ten-month experience invites around 100 leaders (across two cohorts) to engage deeply with our region through presentations, collaborative panels, immersive behind-the-scenes tours, and civic involvement.<br /> <br /> Participants learn firsthand from regional business executives, elected officials, and non-profit leaders, gaining an in-depth understanding of our community&rsquo;s challenges and opportunities in various areas.
