Pamela with TapSnap is fantastic to work with and was a great addition to our wedding reception. She is so personable, friendly and responsive. I loved working with her in getting our customized background setup for our photos. She helped with every part of it and made it seemless and easy! I am Indian and she had an Indian outfit, she was kind enough to ask if she could wear it and I was ecstatic that she had an outfit and told her she HAD to wear it. She showed up in her outfit and fit right in! Our venue didn't have too much space, but her setup was perfect and was not intrusive on the space.

I have used TapSnap for many different events both professionally and personally and have had nothing but an amazing experience. Pamela and her team go far above and beyond at our corporate events to ensure that TapSnap is a VALUABLE addition to our events, and can take every event to the next level - all while doing it with amazing customer service to our clients. Because of this, I even went so far as to have TapSnap at my own wedding (which was just as amazing) Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!
