Beyond the Hiring Process: Managing your Talent and Achieving True Engagement

According to the most recent data from Gallup, only 32 percent of the American workforce is fully engaged.

Worse, even though employee engagement has been a topic of much discussion over the last decade, we’ve barely moved the needle on this important topic since 2011, when the same group at Gallup measured workforce engagement at 29 percent. At this workshop, hear from Scott Brown, founder of Stone House Consulting. Attendees will:

Receive a replicable method for assessing employees’ desire and ability to do their best work, as well as with a strategy for managing and maintaining high levels of both across the workforce
Learn how to implement a simple framework for assessing employee engagement and the reason(s) behind it
Find out what leaders can do to impact the engagement level of their entire team, including themselves
Explore how to identify engagement killers in the workplace and what can be done to manage them out of the system

About our speaker:
Scott Brown is the founder of Stone House Consulting. Stone House helps organizations build the cultures that they need in order to thrive by advising leadership teams on culture strategy, by coaching them through the implementation of that strategy, and by training their employees to effectively manage within the new culture. Brown has worked with teams all over the world and across several industries to help them build better workforces.

Prior to becoming a consultant, Brown spent 20 years in the government sector, beginning as an active-duty United States Marine and ending as the director of the Law Enforcement Instructor Training Program for the NC Department of Justice.

Scott’s military and law enforcement background show up in his consulting practice today, as he has established a reputation for straight talk and a no-nonsense approach to his work.
