Claire Shipman Headlines Women's Leadership Conference


Keynote Speaker
Join hundreds of professional women at this half-day educational and networking conference, which features a keynote from Claire Shipman. Shipman is a regular contributor on Good Morning America and other national broadcasts for ABC News. She is the co-author of two New York Times bestsellers: “The Confidence Code: The Art and Science of Self-Assurance—and What Women Need to Know” and “Womenomics: Work Less, Achieve More, Live Better.”

Panel Discussion
The conference features a panel of successful local women who will share their own personal and professional stories. Hear about the challenges they've faced and the successes they've achieved. Find out what they do to find balance in an ever-changing world. Panelists include:

Attendees will be able to attend two 45-minute sessions. Topics include:

  • Navigating Change

  • Positioning Yourself to be Financially Confident
    Sonja Calabria, Marsh & McLennan Agency, Bonnie Bowers, Cherry Bekaert, and Beth Hallowell, PNC, will provide insight from the benefits, investment, and tax side of the finance world.
  • Communicating with Confidence & Impact
    Diane Adams, Qlik Technologies, and Sharon Delaney McCloud, Greenroom Communications, will discuss the importance of how to effectively communicate in the workplace.
